As the light of the Blood Moon sets the night sky aflame, a scream pierces the rust-tinged dusk. The shrill sound is quickly followed by laughter – the staccato pulse of joviality rapid, broken, and bordering on the maniacal. Citizens across town, far removed from the carnage outside, shudder in terror, and take extra care to secure their windows and doors, for the Chopper is on the prowl.
