Made from Certified American steerhide leather, this holster uses a traditional material for American holsters, with a history dating to the mid-1800s Wild West frontier era.
The supplied product description says leather will not warp sitting on a car dash on a hot day, or shatter or crack across a point of weakness as it ages. With wear, the leather breaks in and stretches slightly to conform to the body and become more comfortable.
