The AccuSharp Fillet Knife with Two-Step Carbide Sharpener is a lightweight 6.5-inch single blade fillet knife designed for carving clean fillets along the contour of fish.
Its blade is made from satin finished stainless steel and coated with titanium to help strengthen the cutting edge against premature wear. The fish scale design on the non-slip grip handle uses an over molded TPR surface for a secure and comfortable hold.
This set includes a knife sheath and an AccuSharp® 2-Step Carbide-Ceramic Knife Sharpener to help keep the edge ready for use.
