This is a replica of Sheele’s giant scissors, Cutter of Creation: Extase, from Akame Ga Kill. Sheele was an important member of the Night Raid group, and the weapon is also known as Banbutsu Ryōdan: Ekusutasu.
In the series, this Imperial Arms was made 400 years prior and could snip or cut through anything in physical creation. Its secondary attack produced a very bright, blinding light to confuse enemies, which Sheele used to aid her comrades in battle.
The replica is made of carbon steel, has a full tang, and is sharpened. Its handle is wrapped in nylon cord and is described as easy to grasp and control, with some protection compared to a rapier.
