Its over-molding grips your bench to help keep the block from sliding. Clear, engraved labels show where each component fits and what size punch you need to knock out the pins.
Four strong magnets mounted inside immediately grasp punched-out pins and hold them securely to the block. The bench block also includes storage for common size pins.
