This heavy-duty punching bag mount is designed for hanging heavy bags from wood beams and ceiling studs. It is made from high-quality steel with corrosion resistance and high hardness.
Double ball-bearing swivels let the bag spin 360 degrees and rotate naturally while striking. The mount is easy to install and provides a mounting point for single- or double-end heavy bags.
It is suitable for all sizes of punching bags, including boxing, MMA and Muay Thai bags, for use at home or in a gym. The supplier describes the wood beam as constructed of iron for safety and stability.
