These Churberg Hourglass 14th-century armor gauntlets provide hand protection for medieval bouts, costume wear, and LARPing. Their wrist area has an hourglass-like shape, with a flared cuff and articulated fingers designed to let you hold a medieval weapon.
The gauntlets are crafted from 18-gauge carbon steel. Thick, supple gloves made of sheep skin and wool sit inside, and each finger plate has a padded backing to help absorb impact.
Designed for mobility as well as protection, the gauntlets allow dexterity and range of movement when worn.
