The Cold Steel Delta Dart is made from Zy-Ex, the same material used for the CAT Tanto. It has a sharp point, triangular cross section and knurled handle for a positive grip. The butt is smooth and rounded for thumb- or palm-reinforced positions.
Specifications list a weight of 1 oz, a length of 3 3/8", an overall length of 8 1/8", a handle 4 3/4" long and a thickness of 1/2" diameter. The supplier’s descriptive text separately states that the Delta Dart is 8" long and weighs 1/2 an ounce.
A neck sheath with bead chain lanyard is included; a separate sheath is also available. The supplier states that the Dart was driven by hand through a 1/2" thick piece of leather.
