The Independence is a premium OWB leather holster made for the Colt 1911 3.25" Defender 45ACP with Rail Only.
It is hand-crafted in the USA from 8 oz of full grain premium leather and built with a double-layer shell for maximum durability, rigidity, retention, and protection against holster wear. The inner layer uses grain-side leather to help protect your firearm, and the holster includes 3 retention points for secure carry.
This leather OWB holster also features a rear "tail fin" that helps pull the gun tight against the body to reduce printing, plus a specially designed reinforced belt loop. It works with any standard 1.5" belt.
Available in Brown or Black, with Right or Left hand options. Note: this item does not accommodate the or any double-stack 1911's as well as the Taurus PT1911's.
