The Cork Handle Creation Ultimate Kit gives custom rod builders a complete collection of tools, jigs, supplies, and cork materials needed to start creating custom cork handles and decorative cork inlays. Built as a more cost-effective alternative to past creation kits, this updated package delivers the tools and materials needed to cut, assemble, glue, and shape custom cork components while expanding the selection of cork rings included in the kit.
One of the biggest upgrades is the inclusion of four 3D-printed carbon-fiber cork cutting jigs. These jigs provide the builder with multiple options for creating different cork cuts and patterns while offering a more affordable alternative to the previous aluminum jig setup. The carbon-fiber construction provides the stiffness and dimensional accuracy needed for consistent cuts, while rubber feet help keep the jigs stable during use.
The kit also includes a CRB Cork Jig Saw and replacement blades for making clean, precise cuts through cork rings. The Swiss-made blades feature superfine cutting teeth designed to minimize material waste and produce crisp edges for custom inlay work.
An expanded assortment of cork rings gives builders plenty of material to experiment with different colors, textures, patterns, and combinations.
