The CRB Spine Finder & Deflection Tool is a must-have for any custom rod builder. Designed to locate the natural spine of a rod blank with precision, it also doubles as a static deflection tool—helping you dial in guide placement and rod performance with confidence.
Simply insert your rod blank into the cradle and apply light pressure. The precision ball bearings, protected with urethane covers, allow the blank to rotate freely and naturally find its spine without risk of damage. Once positioned, the five-position articulating head lets you set the blank at the desired angle for accurate static deflection testing.
Built with a durable PVC base, this tool is shop-tough and versatile. The base comes pre-drilled for bench mounting or can be secured to the CRB RBS Aluminum Base Station with T-Bolts (sold separately).
