Built for precision grip shaping, the CRB Steel Turning Mandrels are made from 18" oil-hardened steel and engineered with 60° tapers on each end for use with a live center. Designed specifically for turning cork and EVA handles, these mandrels deliver the stability and accuracy rod builders need at the lathe.
Each mandrel now comes equipped with a pair of adjustable, removable collars to securely lock your handle in place while you shape and sand. Available in four outside diameters—1/4", 5/16", 3/8", and 7/16"—you can select the size that best fits your grip-building projects.
