The CZ Bren 2 Modular System Pistol is built on the select-fire Bren 2 design and chambered in 5.56 Nato. It features a 14" barrel, aluminum frame, matte finish, black polymer grips, manual safety, and iron sights.
This semi-automatic pistol uses a short-stroke gas piston system with a return spring contained within the action itself. It has an aluminum upper and a lower made of carbon fiber composite for a lightweight build.
The Bren 2 Ms design includes a modular forend that can be swapped to different lengths or styles based on user preference or need. It also offers a non-reciprocating charging handle that stays stowed in the forward position until needed and can be switched from side to side.
Ambidextrous controls include an AR-style bolt catch/release system on both sides, plus a catch/release nestled into the front of the trigger guard. The magazine release and safety are also ambidextrous. This pistol includes 1 magazine with 30 rounds.
