The DeSantis Gunhide 002 Speed Scabbard is a right-hand, black leather belt holster with 2 belt slots and no tension screw. The belt slots are 1 3/4" wide.
It fits 2 1/4" Ruger SP101, Taurus 645, 2" Colt Detective Special, and Charter Arms Bulldog. The Speed Scabbard is designed for plainclothes professionals who prefer a holster without a thumb break while retaining the firearm; most models use a tension screw, but this version does not.
