The Fortis Manufacturing, Inc. Light Weight K1 Castle Nut and End Plate is a Lightweight Enhanced (LE) system designed for a secure, precise fit.
The K1 system features a tapered castle nut that seals itself onto the end plate. This ultra precision snug fit allows the castle nut to seat and seal itself into place without the need of staking the end plate.
It is designed to eliminate ratcheting, set screws, backing out, and failures, while keeping weight down to .59 oz / 16.8 grams. Finish: anodized. Color: black and gray.
