This is the Handmade Medieval Small Jewelry Box Made of Camel Bone. This jewelry box is a very unique piece in that its looks are almost a fluorescent white due to it being made with real cow bone on the outside. On the inside there is ample space to store rings, necklaces and other small trinkets.
