The Kershaw 7-inch Boning Knife with Spoon combines a boning blade and spoon for preparing salmon, trout, steelhead and other fish. Use the blade to work around bones and the spoon to remove the bloodline. Its flex helps with filleting and preserving delicate fish flesh and flavor.
