The Magnetospeed Sporter is a barrel-mount chronograph for rifles. Its one-button cycling display shows recent shot velocity and statistics, and the unit turns on when plugged in.
It uses an included 9-Volt battery, with an easy-access compartment that needs no screwdriver for battery changes. Three sensitivity settings allow fine-tuning. The quick-attach strap system has a metal buckle and triad thumb nut, and the sensor cord is an integral 3.5 foot cord.
The kit includes a display unit, bayonet-style sensor (Bayo), thick & think rubber V-block spacers, heavy duty strap with thumb nut tightener, and ultra-compact storage container. The sensor features an updated design using proven technology.
