The MDT XRS Rifle Chassis is designed for shooters who want the feel of a traditional rifle stock with the advantages of a modern precision rifle chassis system.
It is built with a full-length CNC machined core of 6061 aircraft grade aluminum and high strength textured polymer panels for insulation from the elements. The precision aluminum V-block bedding system is designed to maximize fit and function for improved rifle action accuracy. The chassis includes a replaceable over molded and textured grip system with both an angled grip and a vertical grip in the box.
This chassis weighs 3.9lbs depending on inlet and is well suited for hunting or target rifles. It features adjustable length of pull with spacers from 13.25" to 15+", plus a quick adjust cheek piece for scope height over bore. The XRS accepts standard AICS pattern magazines and uses an easy to manipulate ambidextrous magazine latch.
The 12" long forend includes built-in M-LOK slots for accessory mounting and attachment of ARCA or picatinny rails.
