The Munetoshi wooden spoon is tableware for medieval re-enactment, adding an original, stylish look to the dining table. The wood type is described as one historically used to make spoons in the Middle Ages.
It measures 7.5" long and 2" in diameter. Made of wood, it is safe to use with hot and cold food and can be washed with soap and water. The supplier states that wood undergoing the referenced process produces a finished article with an extremely long life.
Natural variations mean each spoon is unique, and many may have slight irregularities in shape.
