The Midwest Industries Stock Tube Adapter fits a Picatinny rail interface and lets you install an AR-15 collapsible buttstock on an alternative rifle platform. It is black and made in the USA.
The tube has 6 different positions for length of pull and a hollow, water-resistant internal compartment for storing small parts or batteries. It does not function as a buffer tube.
