This MOSHIRO full-tang functional katana sword pairs a 1065 high-carbon steel blade with a burgundy cord wrap. Its hardwood construction runs end-to-end and has a detailed black-and-red lacquered finish; no two are exactly alike.
The blade is tempered and heat treated. Handmade construction means it does not have a machined cutting edge, and traditional bamboo pegs secure the blade. A black cotton sword carry and storage bag is included.
