This match-grade Zaffiri Precision replacement barrel is made for the Sig Sauer P365. It is a drop-in fit, threadless, 9mm flush-and-crown barrel; see photos for the length. The listed finish is Titanium Nitride (TiN) Gold.
Precision manufactured in the USA from 416R stainless steel, the barrel has a SAAMI Spec chamber, broach-cut 6-groove rifling, and a 1/10LH twist. It is stress relieved and heat treated to RC 40-42, with a target crown, oversized lock up area, fully supported chamber, and improved feed ramp design.
Conventional rifling and a polished chamber and bore are designed to perform well with lead, plated, and jacketed bullets. The lockup has a large “ZP” logo machined on the port side. Supplier-listed finish options also include Stainless Steel and Black Nitride.
