The Zaffiri Precision match-grade barrel is a drop-in replacement for the SigSauer P365. This 9mm barrel is identified as Black Nitride and has a 1/2 x 28 threaded muzzle with a thread protector included. It is made in the USA from 416R stainless steel.
Specifications include a SAAMI Spec chamber, conventional broach-cut 6-groove rifling, a 1/10LH twist, and a polished chamber and bore designed to perform with lead, plated, and jacketed bullets. The barrel is stress relieved and heat treated to RC 40-42, with a target crown, oversized lock-up area, fully supported chamber, and improved feed ramp design.
A large “ZP” logo is machined on the port side of the lockup. The supplier also lists Stainless Steel, Black, and Titanium Nitride (TiN) Gold finish options. Threaded pistol barrels are not legal in all areas; check local laws before ordering.
