The Pan manual folding knife is designed for everyday carry and minor tasks, including cutting cardboard and making feather sticks. The title lists S30VN steel; the detailed description identifies the stone-washed blade as VN steel with a modified slight recurve drop point shape.
It has dual blackened, textured steel thumb studs, textured G10 handle scales, stainless steel liners, a liner lock and a lanyard hole. Stainless steel barrel spacers sit at the back of the handle. The black skeletonized carry clip supports ambidextrous tip-up carry only; the opposite side has a flush placeholder and extra screw. The knife also features phosphor bronze bushings and an adjustable tension screw.
The knife measures 7.75" open, with a 3.25" blade and a 4.6" handle. Listed materials are VN steel, handle scales and stainless steel liners. The description gives the VN steel composition as 1.4 percent carbon, 14 percent chromium, 3 percent vanadium, 2 percent molybdenum and .5 percent niobium, and states that it is 15 to 20 percent tougher than V steel.
