Police Force 23 Pepper Foam 3 oz is a self-defense foam with a unique top that flips up and releases with a push of your finger. Its safety lock helps prevent accidental discharge when not in use.
The foam formula is designed to engulf an attacker’s face, decrease blowback, and affect only the person sprayed. It is ideal for crowded areas and includes UV marking dye.
Independent laboratory testing gives this pepper foam a Certified Heat Rating of over 230,000 SHU, with 1.47% Total Capsaicinoids and a small amount of pure capsaicin added to boost CHR to over 5 Million SHU. It can incapacitate an attacker for up to 45 minutes without causing permanent harm.
Warranty coverage is 1 year for the canister and nozzle, and until the expiration date for the pepper spray.
