Built for Big Game Battles
The Shimano Tiagra 2-Speed Lever Drag Reel is the trusted choice for serious offshore anglers targeting some of the most powerful fish in the ocean. Designed for absolute reliability under pressure, it features Shimano’s advanced hydrothermal drag system—engineered to maintain consistent drag pressure, even during extended runs and brutal fights. That means fewer drag variances, smoother control, and better protection for your line when it matters most.
Machined from solid aluminum, the Tiagra’s frame and sideplates offer extreme durability and resistance to flex, while the cold-forged aluminum spool handles heavy loads with ease. The twin-pawl anti-reverse system and ratcheting drag lever provide solid, repeatable adjustments, and the ergonomic power handle (on models 20 and up) helps you stay in control during long stand-up battles. Whether you’re trolling for wahoo or locked into a standoff with a giant bluefin, the Tiagra delivers unmatched performance and dependability.
Confidence for the Biggest Fights When the target is powerful and the pressure’s on, the Shimano Tiagra gives you the strength, control, and consistency to land giants.
