Smith's Edge tungsten carbide replacement blades help put a quick sharp edge on dull or damaged knives. The blades are reversible to extend their life.
To replace them, remove the Phillips head screw(s) and save them for re-assembly. Remove and save the plastic cover, then hold the sharpener with its head facing down. Insert one blade into the left-hand cavity and the other into the right-hand cavity, on top of the first blade. The blades should form a “V” in the middle and are interchangeable.
Replace the plastic cover and Phillips head screw(s) to finish re-assembly.
