The Independence is a leather OWB thumb break holster molded for the Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus 9MM/.40/30 Super Carry. It is red-dot ready and designed to work with non red-dot firearms as well. Choose Brown or Black, in a Right or Left option.
Hand-crafted in the USA from vegetable-tanned, full grain premium leather, the holster uses 8 oz of leather and two layers for durability. Its thumb break strap locks the pistol in place, while the rear tail fin pulls the firearm against the body to reduce printing. The holster was designed by a master leather craftsman, 20 year Navy veteran, and IDPA competitive shooter.
Reinforced PVC-coated ballistic nylon front and rear belt loops snap open for quick deployment and work with any standard 1.5" belt. The holster also features dual PVC straps for ease of equipping.
