Fishing a squarebillcrankbait for summertimebass is an incredibly effective way tocover water quickly, helping you locate active fish fast. The wobbling, erratic action of a crankbait triggers reaction strikes from bass around snaggy cover. The CB844is a perfect shallow depth cranking rod for those fish that are moving into areas where bluegill roam. This blank is shorter than what most people consider a cranking rod but remember, accuracy around cover is key with a square bill crankbait.
