The Tourney Viking Sword - Blunt By Kingston Arms is a blunt Viking sword made for reenactment and stage combat.
It features a 9260 spring steel blade tempered to around 50 Hrc, a 2mm rounded edge thickness, traditional thru-tang handle construction, and a peened stainless steel pommel and guard. The cord wrapped leather grip has an oval cross section and slight barrel shape, with enough room to accommodate armoured hands.
A respectable fuller runs the length of both pieces to help lighten and counter balance the swords overall. Each sword includes a wood core and leather wrapped scabbard tipped with a stainless chape.
