The ASP Tri-Fold and Scarab Case is a purpose-specific case for carrying Tri-Fold disposable restraints. It protects and securely retains two folded restraints, with the included ASP Scarab Cutter held in its own molded side pocket.
The compact, lightweight Scarab Cutter is designed for disposable restraints. Compound leverage helps safely sever and remove restraints from a subject; unlike other cutting tools, the Scarab cannot be used as a weapon against the officer. A split ring is included for attachment to a keyring or tactical bag when the cutter is not stored in the case.
The exclusive Snap-Loc belt loop attaches anywhere on a belt without threading or unthreading other duty gear. Its indexed slide track and bar adjust to fit all common duty belt and dress belt widths, or MOLLE gear.
