The Spyderco UpTern is a lock-back folding knife inspired by the byrd Tern, a non-locking folder. Part of Spyderco’s Value Folder family, it combines a convenient folding design with cutting performance and Spyderco style.
Its full-flat-ground 8Cr13MoV stainless steel blade is paired with a stout stainless steel handle, a textured forefinger choil and thumb ramp, and a sturdy back lock mechanism. The fully configurable pocket clip offers four positions.
The symmetrical design and fully accessible Trademark Round Hole support ambidextrous carry and operation. The UpTern is available with a PlainEdge or CombinationEdge.
