The Vexilar 12V/9 Amp Lead-Acid Battery is a replacement 9 Amp battery designed for compatible Vexilar ice fishing packs.
Mounted on the positive terminal are a fuse holder and a 3 amp automotive fuse for added safety. The fuse holder comes standard with a 3 amp fuse, and you can use a fuse size from 3 amp to 10 amps.
If your sonar system does not power up, check whether the fuse or fuse holder is loose. If the fuse wire inside is burnt, the fuse must be replaced. The battery can run without the fuse holder by connecting directly to the battery, but it should be used whenever possible for safety.
